CELEBRITY FAVOURITISM SEASON 2 EPISODE 4

I said goodbye to Daniel and walked out of DH,
I got into my car and was surprised to see
Hannah inside the car.
I told vox to start driving and he did.
“So aren’t you going home?” I asked Hannah…
“Well I thought I should remind you of your
schedule before I go” she said.
“Okay…” I breathed.
“Okay, so first, you still got dance lessons
tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow you have
shoots to take for your album photo, and then
this Sunday, the award show, you must be there,
you got nominated for rookie artist of the year
and there’s a ninety nine percent chance that
you’ll definitely win, and then next two weeks
Friday, you have a shot for GC’s dresses”.
“Uh Hannah, next two weeks Friday’s my prom, I
can’t miss that” I said and Hannah sighed.
“ugh I forgot, fine, I’ll call the company and tell
them to reschedule” Hannah breathed out.
Good.
“And that’s it” Hannah smiled.
That means I’ve got a whole four days to rest
next two weeks.

Immediately I got home I recieved a notification
from N’stagram. I clicked on it to see something
quite rather surprising…

As I read the message I cracked up my head a
bit.
Wait? Giselle, the coming up young actress
that’s making the city go wild.
I clicked the instruction that said to follow back
and I dropped my phone on my bed.
I gave out a pretty heavy sigh as my eyes starts
to shut and close on its own.

I woke up and I was Glad my grandma had
already prepared dinner.
“How was today practice?” she asked.
“Okay…” I shrugged gulping down my glass of
water.
“Okay? You looked pretty tired when you got
home” my grandma added.
“Yeah, I was, but now getting enough sleep has
done enough trick of keeping me less tired and
more alive” I said and my grandma nodded.
After dinner, I went back to my room and laid
down on my bed, I watched as the sun set from
my window, and it made me realise how time
passes by so much. I wanted to reach towards
my phone and call Erick, telling him to come over
but that would just be so selfish of me.
He has his own things to work on, I have mine,
and I can’t just keep pressuring him to come see
me…
I remembered the days when none of us had the
lives we’re living now and how we would spent
the whole day together.
I smiled at the memories and I smiled of how
thankful I am still, for this life I’m living.
The day winded up so fast and before I knew it, I
was asleep and was already up for the next day.
The next day I went to DH, And the usual, vox
drove me there.
I head straight to my dance class and Leslie
started the lesson immediately.The dance seemed all familiar and I was glad I
was keeping up well, even my hard part seemed
pretty well when I did, Leslie was glad with my
improvements and as she got on with the steps,
it all just start to make sense.
We decided to try the dance steps with my song
and it just went great, and then with my backup
dancers, everything came out pretty well, my
body was just working with me and I couldn’t be
more glad and happier.
We ended the dance and we just kept rehearsing
with my song over and over again.
For dance class was over, way earlier than I
expected, Leslie left before me and I just
remained inside the dance class not ready to go
home.
The day was still bright and sunny, and being at
home, I feel way too bored and lonely.
Sitting alone in the dance class, I decided to play
my song, not until the door starts to open and I
quickly stop the song from playing. I don’t know
who’s getting in but you’re not supposed to let
anyone hear your new song until released date.
The door opened fully and surprised by who
walked in, I gasped happily and stood up.
“Oh my God, shylock, Travis” I called as I
embraced the two of them.
“Told you we’d find her here” Travis smiled at
shylock.
“Yeah, I didn’t know” shylock shook her head.
Travis and shylock are both trainees under DH
entertainment, soon enough they’ll also be
debuting. I mean they both won the teen
competition as a tie.
Out of two hundred and one participants only the
three of us made it. Including klay, he was
considered at the last minute but klay is out of
the country for now and luckily whenever he gets
back, he can still be a trainee.
Wow
What a miracle.

Sitted in a circle form on the concrete floor of my
empty dance class, shylock didn’t stop
complaining of how being a trainee is not easy.
How they would all have to perform every
weekend. And it was just so tiring.
“Don’t worry, you’ll still get through this” I
smiled at her.
“You’re so lucky June, you get to debut without
even getting a taste of trainees life. That’s what
you get for being too talented” shylock sighed.
“I’m not ‘too’ talented, I just got lucky” I laughed.
“You didn’t, your life right now was from your
talent” Travis smile and I gave them both a happy
smile.
“So the award show is coming up, and I’ve bet my
life, that you’re definitely going to win this year’s
rookie artist of the year” shylock said with
enough confidence.
“What are you saying, don’t give me too much
hope, what if I don’t win” I sighed.
“Don’t say that, you have no competitor, the only
rookie trying to compete with you is Donny, and
yet she’s not even close to you, you’re like the
talk of town, you’re every day’s news” shylock
said, her eyes sparkled and she spoke.
“Well I do hope I win” I shrugged…
“You’re going to win trust me” Travis added with
a lot of confidence and it boosted my hope a little
bit.
“Okay thanks, both of you, if I do win, I’m taking
you both out, and we’re going to hang out
wherever you both like” I promised and shylock
gasped while Travis smirked.
“Any where you say…”
“Don’t think of any where stupid okay, and let’s
just hope I win” I smiled…
“if you don’t win, then Mahnline will come
crashing down, you’ll definitely win June”
shylock said one last time and I nodded with a
little bit of confidence in my heart.
The three of us talked till the sun started to set,
they both complained how they’re so going to get
scolded for leaving the training room, but stillthey didn’t want to leave, and I was grateful. At
least I wasn’t alone today.

On my way home, I got a call from Erick, he
sounded tired but we talked for almost two
hours, and honestly, him being my comfort zone,
his words were like music to my ears, and I
almost fell asleep in the car.
I got home with Erick still talking to me and I
went to my room immediately. Without taking my
shoes off, I laid on my bed and giggled about the
little joke Erick has suddenly rant about.
We talked and I talked and I honestly didn’t
know when I fell asleep.

I was woken up by my grandma’s light tap and
voice.
“June” she called and I opened my eyes.
My phone was by my ear and I suddenly sat up.
“You slept with an empty stomach” my grandma
sighed…
“Yeah, yes, I’m sorry, I didn’t know when I fell
asleep” I said, suddenly feeling irritated cause I
still had my shoes on.
“It’s okay don’t apologize, and besides I brought
your dinner here” my grandma said and I
thanked her.
My grandma left and I ate after taking off my
shoes. It was already nine p.m, I checked my
phone to see a message from Hannah saying I
have shoots to take for tomorrow.
I dropped my phone and focused on my food.
By 10p.m I was already under the shower, my
body enjoying every bit of the warm water
escaping from the tiny holes of the steel surface
above my head.
I changed into my pajamas and drifted into
another sleep. That’s what I do these days, I work
my butt off day and night and sleeping is just the
best medicine after working so much.
I was woken up by a light touch and I almost
screamed when I saw a small figure standing in
front of my face beside my bed.
I grabbed my phone and as I turned on the light,
my eyes checked the time and it was 3a.m.
I breathed out a sigh of relief when Auggie’s face
came into the light.
“What are you doing here?” I asked as he held the
most saddest face.
“I couldn’t sleep” he said. “I had a nightmare”.
“A nightmare?” I worriedly repeated and he
nodded.
“Okay then, you can sleep with me” I said and he
got on my bed and lay his small body beside
mine.
“June, can you leave the lights on?” Auggie asked
in a very low voice and I looked down at him.
I reached for my night lights and turned it on.
He breathed out a sigh of relief and moved his
body way closer to mine, I placed my blankets
over our bodies and we both drifted to sleep.
Thankful that I had set my alarm my alarm last
night, I quickly took a shower the next morning
and I was on my way to DH Immediately leaving
my baby brother to sleep to his satisfaction.
Immediately I got to the floor I was supposed to
take for my shoot, Hannah walked out of
nowhere and pulled me in a photo studio.
“Good June, you’re here” Mr Dhousten said out
of nowhere and I turned to my side to see him
coming close to me.
“Follow her to the dressing room there’s no time
to waste, we have the whole day to go” Mr.
Dhousten said and I nodded and followed the girl
he directed me to.
I got into the changing room, and I thought I was
going to get changed but suddenly three makeup
artist appeared in front and starts to moisturize
my face.
I let them do what they were doing and before I
knew it, looking at the mirror in front of me, I
was already dazzling.
I changed into a fine purple mini dress and a five
inches stilettos. My hair was curled into tiny curles and I couldn’t say. I was like a different
person.
I received smiles from the camera crew as I
walked in front of the camera and under the
bright lights in the studio.
I was told to pose in different styles and of
course this is not my first time doing this. I
changed in almost three different clothes before
we all took a break.
Hannah brought me food and though I was
satisfied before I had to leave it, cause our
sudden break was over.
The shoot continued and it just went on and on
as the day went on.
The shoot finally ended and went i back to the
changing room to change back to my normal
clothes.
I was done changing and as I walked out of the
room, I bumped into Daniel.
Daniel, what is he doing here?
I looked behind him and I saw Erick talking to
his father.
My heart smiled.
Well they both came here together.
“HI… June” Daniel said.
“Hi” I replied and saw Erick waving at me. I
waved back and turned to Daniel.
“So, did you guys come here together?” I asked.
“Yeah, I was on my way home and saw him
heading towards here and we both kind of started
talking and I ended up here with him” Daniel
expound and I nodded with a smile.
Erick walked up to us and gave me a hug
immediately.
“It’s been two days now and I’ve finally seen you,
those two days I felt like vanishing” Erick said
and I laughed.
Daniel suddenly excused himself and I turned
back to Erick.
“So how was the shoot?” Erick asked placing his
hand around my shoulder.
“Exhausting but it came out great” I smiled.
“Should we just quit being celebrities?” Erick
suddenly asked.
I turned to him. “Why would you say so…
