JERICHO’S WEAKNESS Episode 38

“Valerie! Valerie!” Jericho yelled and shook her in his arms, but her eyes had already gone shut.
The people around were stealing glances but he didn’t even pay attention to them as his main focus was on Valerie.

He held her tight in his arms, his hand on her head as he made an attempt to heal her with his powers, but it just wasn’t working out and he couldn’t tell why.

Jericho rushed her into the car immediately, his eyes dilating in shock. What the hell is wrong with her?? What was happening to her?

She was looking completely lifeless as he laid her at the backseat and rushed to the front seat where he started the car eagerly and with a crazy speed, he took off.

So many thoughts kept flashing through his mind. Who could be responsible for this? Who could’ve done this??? Damn it! Just when he was so close to getting the truth from her, just when he was so close to getting Hapitha’s location. Why the hell did this happen???

He was headed back to the mansion, hoping Klaus would be able to heal her, since he couldn’t.
There had to be a solution – somehow. There had to!

It was a good thing the gateman was fast enough to open the gate just brides he drove right through it.
He parked the car in front of the house and rushed to get Valerie out of the car .

She was still sleeping – looking pretty unconscious and carefully, he brought her out of the car and took her into the house.

Klaus was actually kissing a lady in the sitting room when Jericho entered and immediately, he disengaged from the kiss.

“Jericho?? What the hell is this?” He asked in surprise, standing on his feet.

“Come with me, Klaus! Now!!” He yelled as he took the stairs and Klaus hadt to follow.

He took her to the room and laid her carefully on the bed.

“What the hell happened? What’s going on?” Klaus entered immediately
He was dismayed by Valerie’s critical condition.

“I don’t know, Klaus, but you need to do something. We were….We were just… talking and all of a sudden, she started coughing and bleeding, then she passed out. I tried healing her, but it wasn’t working out either” Jericho was rushing his words.

Klaus went to Valerie on the bed and placed his index finger on her neck. He studied her for a while before standing up to face Jericho.

“Someone is responsible for this” he sighed. “And that person is the only one that can heal her” .

What?

Jericho wore a crumpled look and looked around.

“Where’s Ethan?” He asked, turning to face Klaus..

“I… don’t know” Klaus shrugged. “I think he went out”.

Some wierd thoughts flew into Jericho’s head immediately.
Ethan. Ethan. Ethan. The name sounded repeatedly in his head.

He turned around and fisted his right hand on his left, then he brought out his phone from his pocket and dialed his line.

“Damnit!” He growled when the line wasn’t connecting.

He grunted and hit his hands on the wall.

“Jericho…”

“Valerie knows where Hapitha is!” He turned and roared at Klaus immediately who went into shock.
“She’s been seeing Hapitha and was about telling me her location right before she passed out!! She knows everything!!!”

His eyes were bloodsh!t red, so much anger echoing in his voice

Klaus was shocked and tuned to look at Valerie on the bed. She knows Hapitha’s location?? So, she could be of help?

Damn it! Ethan was really responsible for this!

“We…We have to find him” he said. “He needs to heal Valerie”.

Jericho looked at him with that same anger in his eyes.

“If anything happens to Valerie”, he grunted. “I swear with my life, I’ll kill him. I’ll damn the fact that we’re brothers and I’ll kill him!! So, if you don’t want this circle to have a missing member Klaus, then I’d suggest you find him and bring him here to fix the mess he caused!!”

Some items came clattering from the table to the floor. His anger and voice was just too heavy – considering the darkness he had.

He walked pass Klaus and went over to Valerie on the bed, sitting on the edge and taking her palms into his.
He tried healing her again, but it still didn’t work out. And he just bent his head in acrimony.

Klaus stared at Valerie from where he stood and confirmed how pal she was looking already. The life was getting drained out of her and if something wasn’t done soonest, she’d be gone.

And he knew Jericho pretty well that he was never one to bluff. If something did happen to Valerie, he could really kill Ethan.

So, without hesitation, he ran out of the room, hoping he’s able to find Ethan.

Hapitha stood in front of the mirror and smiled to herself.

“It’s time” she muttered and walked out
