EPISODE 26
Jasmine’s POV
He came out of the room with sweat all over him as he dipped the gun into his pocket.
What did he just do?
Did he shoot Dad?
Daddy!!
He looked at me sickly then walked away…
He snubbed me.
“Dad, Mom are you alright? ” I rushed to the room only to see Mom and Dad on their knees with their head bow and the windows were broken…
He shot the window..
I heaved a sigh of relief.
“What are we going to do Daddy? ” I asked.
“I deserve it. We can’t escape It” Dad said.
“Get ready, the police might be here soon”

Shannon’s POV
I left the house immediately with Emily who could sense what happened and she was crying too.
I headed to Chris place; I don’t know why.
“What’s wrong Shannon? ” He asked when he saw me.
I didn’t say anything, I sat down and continued to quiver.
“The gun, where is it? ” He asked and I throw it at him carelessly.
He checked it and noticed there was only a bullet in it.
“What have you done Shannon? Who did you kill? ” He asked terrifically.
“No one” I mumbled.

“Emily what happened?” He asked my sister since I wasn’t ready to speak.
She looked up to me and did not say anything.
“I… I found out who killed our parents” I finally spoke.
“It’s a good news isn’t it? Just hand them over to the police ” Chris said simply and easily.
I screamed again ” Arrrrrrrrrghh!!! ”
“Shannon, be gentle” He said although he was confused “Who was it anyway?”
“Mr Bryant” Emily spoke..
“Jasmine’s father” I added.
“What? Then who took the bullet? ” He asked again.
“I told you I didn’t kill anyone” I shouted at him..
“Ok good,good. Calm down Shannon.. So what are you going to do? ”
“I..I don’t know” I almost yelled but my phone rang..
I didn’t want to receive any call now..
I didn’t want to yell someone who is innocent but when I realized the call was coming from Mr Jeremy, I picked it up.
“I’m at Mr Bryant residence now, come over here, I already called the police” He said.

I gasped when I heard my Dad’s voice… I miss him alot.
Emily was crying terribly too, she has seen Dad’s picture, now she is hearing his voice..
‘Pls drop the gun Mr May
If there is any dispute between us,
we could simply settle it amicably

I didn’t plan to see a drama
or listen to stories…

‘Just one bullet,goodbye Mr DW”
At the sound of the gun shot, Emily screamed.
Mr Jeremy paused the audio and sniffed.
(Sorry I repeated bit of the prologue)
The atmosphere was so doleful
“You were so heartless eight years ago, have you forgotten that what goes around, comes around..? You killed Director Dawton and his wife brutally” Mr Jeremy said.
“I…
“Stop saying you are sorry zillion of times, it’s not gonna change anything” Mr Jeremy cut in sharply.
“I’m sorry” Yet Mr Bryant said.
“And I.. I didn’t kill Mrs Dawton” He added.
What d’ heck?
“Maya, you didn’t tell me you killed his wife too” Mrs Bryant said..
“I swear I didn’t” Mr Bryant replied.
“You are quite bad when it comes to lying. Should I re-play the record-audio again, didn’t you say you were terrible at separating couples? ” Mr Jeremy snapped.
“I didn’t kill Mrs Dawton” Mr Bryant repeated and I scorn..
I’ve been silent throughout – depressed and confused.
Jasmine was sitting next to her father, holding close, trembling and crying too..
Hold on, she is pregnant? for me?
The police entered just in time and Mr Jeremy referred them to Mr Bryant who stood up and was handcuffed.
“Daddy” Jasmine cried not allowing him to go with the policemen.
Even Mrs Bryant was dumbfounded.
“I’m sorry Shannon” Mr Bryant said again.
“Shannon do something, don’t let them take Dad to Jail” My sweetheart cried.
Wait..
Am I really going to let the police take away my benefactor?
The father of the girl I love…
Same man that killed my parents..
