Cisco rushed into Dr. Malcolm’s office and met a nurse dropping a file on Dr. Malcolm’s table she flinched immediately and heard Cisco’s voice.

“Where is Dr. Malcolm?” He inquired, due to the shock she only stared.

“I asked where Dr. Malcolm is Miss,” he repeated. “He is in surgery,” she replied.

Cisco nodded and went to sit on the visitor’s chair. He stared around Cisco’s office and his eyes caught a picture of Malcolm holding a baby with a few nurses.

Curiosity got the best of him and he stood up, he moved closer and stared deeper as if he would see beyond the picture

His mind drifted to Thea and he wondered if he could start a family with her, he wish to start a family with her but not at the moment.

Not with Chloe acting like an @ss, he can’t bring a child into the chaos.

He smiled as he wondered how amazing and cute it will be the day he will hold his first child, he would no doubt be the happiest man in the world.

His fingers unconsciously moved to the picture, he moved his fingers fondly on it and a smile dilated on his lips.

“He is a special one,” Dr. Malcolm spoke as he walked into the office.

“Why?” Cisco inquired, he knows he was referring to the picture since he was staring and touching the picture

“His mom was dead by the time she got here, bus accident. He was just eight months old, we lost hope and assumed she was dead but we detect life just before her body was taken.”

“We scanned her and discovered the little champ was trying his best to stay strong, he must have been scared. Living would have been so hard, we operated on his mom and took him out.”

“We thought he required an incubator but he proved us wrong by acting perfectly, he was a miracle. We adored him and couldn’t let a legend go without taking a picture, can we?” He chuckled and Cisco glanced at the picture again.

He has been doing that repeatedly since Dr. Malcolm started his story. Cisco walked back to his chair and sat.

With tears threatening to fall, he uttered. “I wonder how happy his mom would have been if she survived.”

Dr. Malcolm glanced at the picture and replied,” I believe she was grateful.”

“What brings you here?” Dr. Malcolm asked changing the topic.

“Chloe,” he answered. “Don’t tell me you have fallen in love with her,” Dr. Malcolm teased.

“No, she wants to work for me, I am so confused I don’t know what to do,” he sighed.

“I have nothing to say,” Dr. Malcolm replied. “You always have something to say,” he pouted.

“I know but I just realized only you know how you feel, I can’t control your feelings only you can. So it is best if I let you deal with Chloe on your own accord, you know her better than I do anyway,” he stated.

Cisco was silent for a while, he probably had nothing to say.

“I am sorry if I disappoint you,” Dr. Malcolm apologized after studying his expression

Thea sat on the couch waiting for Cisco, he was unusually late. She wondered if it was because of her, she took a handful of her hair and sighed.

She stood up and paced around the living room impatiently, she was still pacing around when the door opened and Cisco walked in.

“Are you okay?” He questioned behind her startling her a little. “You don’t look okay,” he added when he saw now nervous and stunned she was

“I am fine,” she answered. “Umm… Have you had dinner?” She asked.

“No,” he answered. “I prepared dinner, you are hungry, aren’t you?” She asked and he nodded gently.

She walked past him to the dining room and he followed, she was about to dish the food when he held her wrist.

“What’s wrong?” She asked. “Are you still mad at me?” Not waiting for a response he continued.

“I am sorry for hurting you, I shouldn’t have. It was foolish and inhumane of me, I broke your heart and made you feel uselesss.” He sighed. “I am deeply sorry for everything, and trust me it’s you I love not Chloe.”

“I love you too,” she replied and he was stunned. “I love you so much and I don’t want your past to ruin our future, you had a past with Chloe while you are having a future with me,” she replied and he smiled.

“Thank you,” he appreciated and she chuckled lightly. “Let’s eat, I am famished,” he added and let go of her wrist.

Gregory went to Chloe’s place to inform her of the latest development, he met Victor in the living room playing games on his tablet.

“Morning, where is Chloe?” Gregory inquired. “I don’t know,” he replied nonchalantly and Gregory sensed something was wrong.

“Did you two fight again?” Gregory asked and Victor had plans of ignoring him but Chloe beat him to it.

“Yes,” she answered coming from her room.

“Why? Why would you fight with your sister at a time like this?” Greg queried

“Why would she asked rational at a time like this?” He questioned back glaring at Chloe.

“What happened?” Gregory asked. “You should ignore him, he is acting childish,” Chloe chuckled and waved her hand as if Victor meant nothing.

“What did you say?!” Victor questioned loudly getting up, he planned on letting everything slide but how dare she say he is acting childish when she is the one acting childish.

“Let it go Victor,” Greg tried to persuade him but it was not working.

“What’s going on in that brain of yours? Why do you suddenly lose your senses when Francisco King is involved!?” He growled and Chloe moved closer, she raised her hand to hit him but he caught it in air.

“You are going to hit me be because of that worthless guy?” He scoffed. “Don’t call him worthless!” Chloe growled and release her wrist from his grip.

“Why shouldn’t I? Aren’t we in this mess because of him? That bastard wouldn’t have been able to hurt you if he didn’t ask to meet up!” Victor snapped.

“It isn’t his fault, he is innocent and you know that!” Chloe retorted.

“Yeah, your prince charming cab never be wrong. I won’t be surprised if he is the killer and has been putting on a show all this while just to get to us,” he hissed and walked out of the house.

“Are you in love with Cisco?” Greg asked but he was graced with silence instead. “Give me an answer, Chloe!” He demanded.

“What if I am? There is no law that states he shouldn’t be loved, he was my first love and I still love me. What’s wrong with that? Why are you all making it sound and look like I commit a crime,” she scoffed.

“Are you even listening to yourself Chloe? Cisco is in a relationship for crying out loud!” Greg snapped.

“So what? If that girl can get him from Allison then I cab get him from her,” she replied and flipped her hair backwards.

“What is your plan? Have you forgotten about the psychopath who tried to kill you? What if ye succeed this time? What is your plan?” He asked.

“News flash, I am not the same Chloe I was five years ago so I would advise him or her to think twice before striking and besides we are all on the watch we are going to get him bedore he does anything foolish.

“Just two day with Cisco and you forgot your mission,” Greg shook his head sideways and left the house.

“I don’t understand why you all choose to act like jerks,” she groaned and went into the kitchen.

Thea woke up in Cisco’s arm, he was holding her close and that made her chuckle.

“Do I look cute in the morning?” He asked. “You look cute all the time,” she replies and peck his lips but he captured it in a deep kiss.

“It’s early,” she said between the kiss. “We have done worse in the mornings,” he replied and left her lips for her neck, making her moan.

“Francisco.”

He sucked on her neck while she held onto him and moaned into his ears.

“I love you,” he whispered and peck her ear. His lips on her ear made her shiver and he loved it, he bit her ear and she groaned.

“You should get ready for work,” she advised. “I can do this all day you know,” he whispered.

“I know but you need to go to work,” she said and pushed him off her.

“You are mean,” he muttered with a pout. “No I am not,” she replied and got out of bed.
