Thea’s smile turned into a frown as her eyes caught Chloe and Cisco, she was having mixed emotions at the moment.

Her heart was filled with rage and sadness, that should be her. She should be shopping with him but he left her for that harlot.

Thea turned to Allison. “I will come back some other time, I crave pasta,” she lied with a fake smile.

“Me too!” Sol screamed and Thea walked away with him, Allison glanced at Cisco who kept a straight face before following Thea.

Cisco stared in the direction Thea just left and returned his gaze to Chloe who giggled as she picked things.

“Isn’t that enough?” He asked and she frowned. “Why are you complaining? Our child deserves the best of things, this is nowhere close to things I going to get for her,” she rubbed her tummy with a smile.

“You don’t even work, yet you spend!” He spat in rage. “Excuse me? I am buying this for my child, our child. Why are you annoyed?” She questioned.

“I am annoyed at you,” he replied and left the trolley. “You should shop on your own,” he added and left.

“Did he just walk out on me? Wow,” she mumbled with her mouth open.

Chloe stopped shopping and went to the counter, it was a good thing she had her card, or she would have no way of paying for the things she bought.

*********

Thea watched Sol eat instead of eating, she is always eager to see her child every time she stares at Sol.

She wished things were different between her and Cisco, she wished they were still together deep down.

But it is too late for that, he is married to a pregnant wife. She is his past and that is what she will remain.

Sol choke on his pasta and she helped him get a glass of water, she wipe his lips afterward.

“Aren’t you going to eat?” Allison asks diverting her attention.

“I lost my appetite,” she replied. “Because of Chloe and Cisco?” Allison asked.

“No, I don’t care about those two. Why would I be affected by them? They are insignificant,” she replied battling her eyelashes.

“I know you are hurt, you don’t have to pretend to be alright,” Allison said and she glanced at her.

“Is this how you felt when you found out I was dating Cisco?” Thea asked. “That was different, Cisco was not in love with me. I loved him but he never reciprocate the love, you and Cisco are meant for each other,” Allison held her hand and caress it softly

“We aren’t meant for each other, he is meant for Chloe,” she replied and Allison sighed.

“Tell me, what do you want to do? Do you wanna have fun? Go on a long drive?” Allison tried to cheer her up by suggesting all sorts of things.

“I wanna help you pack and visit Mavis later,” she replied. “Can I visit aunt Mavis too?” Sol asked.

“You should ask your mommy for permission,” Thea replied. “Mommy, can I visit aunt Mavis later?” He asked with a cute puppy face.

“Sure,” Allison agreed and Sol giggled while Thea winked at him.

“You both make a perfect team,” Allison said and Thea gave Sol a high five.

“You should hurry with your meal,” Thea urged Sol. “But be careful not to choke,” she warned.

“Yep,” he respond and Thea roughed his hair slightly.

“We should fix another day for baby shopping,” Allison said. “No, you have done enough,” Thea declined.

“But I still have lots of things I wanna get for the baby,” she pouted. “You can always get it in the future,” Thea replied.

“I will go shopping once I get to Korea and I will bring them along when I come to visit you,” she said and Thea shook her head sideways

“You are unbelievable,” Thea muttered. “Mommy is stubborn,” Sol added.

“Did you just call me stubborn? Seriously?!” Allison exclaimed.

“No, I didn’t mean it that way,” he protested. “What do you mean?” Allison asked with her arms folded beneath her breast.

“I mean….” Sol trailed off and gave Thea the pleading expression that pleads.

‘Save me before she skins me alive.’

“He didn’t mean anything rude, he meant you are stubbornly cute,” Thea saved him and he sighed in relief.

“Stubbornly cute, yeah! That was what I meant,” Sol nodded in agreement.

“Are you kidding me? That’s not a thing,” Allison protested. “It is now,” Thea stated.

“I can’t win against you two can I?” Allison asked. “No, just give up already,” Thea muttered.

“I don’t need your help packing, I am leaving,” Allison said and signaled to the waitress.

She gave the waitress her card and she walked away. “How are we expected to get home if you leave?” Thea asked.

“Get a cab, you should come home early or Thea is going to be your new mother,” Allison threatened Sol.

“That would be cute,” he mumbled to Thea’s hearing, Thea laughed and Allison furrowed her brows.

“One of the numerous reasons I don’t like hanging out with you two, is you make me feel odd,” she uttered and collect her card from the waitress who was already beside her.

“Bye,” she muttered reluctantly. “Thanks for the meal!” Thea screamed after her.

“And the permission!” Sol screamed too but Allison ignored them.

“I think we pissed her off,” Thea said. “Yeah, but…” Sol trailed off and they smiled.

“Who cares?” They shrugged and Thea picked the cup of tea in front of her

*******

“Why are you here early?” Mavis asked Vin as they walked into her apartment.

“I feel like a criminal at home,” he replied. “Get a job, ask your brother for help,” she suggested.

“I don’t want to be a burden to Cisco and I am still mad at him for what he did to Thea,” he replied.

“Stil doesn’t believe he acted like a jerk,” Mavis shook her head in disbelief. “He is an asshole,” Vin said.

The doorbell rang and Vin glanced at Mavis. “Are you expecting someone?” He asked.

“It must be Victor you both turned me into a therapist for the past months, get the door I will be in my room,” she said and walked into her room.

Vin opened the door to meet the greatest surprise of his life, THEA.

Was he really looking at her? She was just as surprised as he was, she knew he hangs out there but it was too early for him to come.

Mavis told her he comes late at night and leaves at midnight, why was he there in broad daylight?

“Thea? Is this you like, is this really you?” He asked the obvious.

“Hi Vincent, it’s been a while,” she forced a smile. His eyes trailed to her huge tummy and disappointment was written on his face, he didn’t know she was pregnant.

Did she get married? It must have been out of anger since Cisco dumped her.

“Are you going to let us in or stare at us?” Sol asked and he finally noticed him. “Uh, sorry… Come in,” he moved out of the way and gestured for them to go in.

“Thanks,” Thea appreciated with an awkward smile before leading the way while Sol followed.

“Why are…” Mavis trailed off as her eyes fell on Thea who looked nervous, everything was ruined.

“Mavis, it’s Thea,” Vin said with excitement. “Yeah, I know I can see her,” Mavis replied while Sol rushed to the couch.

He picked the remote and switched channels to his favorite, cartoon.

“Where have you been? We were worried, I thought you left the country. Mavis and I missed you like hell every day,” he spoke at once.

“Calm down Vin,” Thea cautioned. “I am sorry, I am just excited to see you again,” he replied and his gaze fell on her stomach again.

“I and Mavis have been in touch, I request she kept it a secret from you,” she blurted and Vin turned to Mavis who wished Thea had warned her.

“You were in touch with her?” He asked with his eyes broadened. “Yeah, she wanted to heal in secret,” Mavis laughed nervously.

“I am not an enemy you could have told me,” Vin protested. “I know, I… I am sorry,” Thea apologized.

“Don’t apologize, I should apologize for what my brother did instead,” he bowed his head and apologized. “I am sorry.”

“You shouldn’t do that too, it is not your fault,” Thea replied and sat on the couch.

“You are pregnant,” Vin stated the obvious with his hand gestured at her stomach

“Yeah,” Thea chuckled nervously and he did the same. The room was quiet and Mavis cleared her throat, before requesting.

“Can you keep it a secret from Cisco, he doesn’t deserve to know?”

Thea would not have said it that way, she knew Cisco would find out one day but Mavis was right she wanted that day to be in the future.
